Announcing the Gift “Peace of Mind" Policy

To ensure all holiday gift purchases are worry-free, Just Press Play is officially extending the start date for all return and guarantee policies for items bought as gifts this season.

Any purchase made from Friday, November 28th onward and intended as a gift will have its return period and product guarantee clock officially start on Boxing Day, December 26th.

This means that our standard 14-day return period and all product warranties will not begin counting down until after the gifts are opened!

Your Standard JPP Policies (Starting December 26th)

For all eligible gift purchases, the following standard policies will begin on December 26th:

General Return Policy

  • Timeline: Items may be returned within 14 days (starting December 26th).
  • Proof: All returns require the original receipt of purchase.
  • New Items: Must be unopened and in sellable condition.
  • Used Items: Returnable for store credit only.
  • Store Manager Discretion: All policies are subject to approval by the store manager on duty. (Please note: Excessive returns of used items may still result in a customer being disallowed from future returns.)

Manufacturer's Warranty

Must be returned directly to the manufacturer for defects.
