General Return Policy

  • All returns require the original receipt of purchase.
  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • New items must be unopened and in sellable condition.
  • Used items are returnable for store credit only.
  • Excessive returns of used items may result in a customer being disallowed from future returns.
  • All policies are subject to approval by the store manager on duty.

Product Guarantees

  • New Items: All new items (including video game consoles) with a manufacturer's warranty must be returned directly to the manufacturer for defects.
  • Used Games & Accessories: Come with a 14-day warranty against defects. We will replace the defective item with the identical item. If an identical replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase price.
  • Used Consoles: Come with a 60-day warranty against defects. We will repair or replace the product with the same item. If an identical replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the purchase price.

 

Online Orders

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, contact us at contact@justpressplayonline.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without first requesting a return.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on certain types of items such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Store Credit

  • Store credit cannot be used to purchase event tickets.
  • Store credit cannot be converted to cash.
  • Unredeemed event tickets will be transferred to store credit after the event concludes.
