Every item is carefully packed using fresh, high-quality packing materials to ensure it arrives safely. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to go!
2. Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to all customers within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future!
3. Shipping Options and Costs
To give you the best value and delivery speed, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific items in your cart.

You will see various options for both Standard and Expedited shipping, along with their estimated delivery timelines, when you check out.
4. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Please keep carrier requirements in mind when selecting your address:

UPS: Requires a valid physical street address. If you choose UPS, please do not use a P.O. Box.

USPS: We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses when you select a USPS service.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email includes your specific tracking number so you can follow your package's journey right to your door!
Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.
6. Peace of Mind: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged PackagesÂ
We pour a lot of care into packaging your order, and we are happy to share that we insure most packages for your peace of mind!
While we are not responsible for events that occur once the package is in the carrier's possession (lost, stolen, or transit damage), we absolutely want to help you resolve the situation:

If your package is lost or stolen: Please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) directly as soon as possible to report the issue and initiate their investigation or claim process.
